At WOWMYGIFT, we strive to provide a smooth and timely gifting experience. Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery; therefore, cancellation requests are subject to the following terms.
Order Cancellation
- Customers can request cancellation before the order is processed or dispatched.
- Once the order is confirmed, packed, customized, or handed over for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order gifts cannot be cancelled once processing has started.
Cancellation by WOWMYGIFT
WOWMYGIFT reserves the right to cancel an order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Delivery location limitations
- Technical or operational issues
In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund of the order amount.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway and customer's bank.
- Delivery charges, platform fees, or other applicable charges may not be refundable where services have already been initiated.
Vendor & Delivery Partner Cancellations
WOWMYGIFT works with local vendors and independent delivery partners. In case of cancellation caused by vendor or delivery partner issues, WOWMYGIFT will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable replacement, reschedule delivery, or process a refund as applicable.
